We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Shopify Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional Shopify stores that drive sales and enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX design teams to ensure visually appealing and intuitive designs. As a Shopify Developer, you will optimize the store’s functionality, integrate APIs and marketing tools, and provide technical support to ensure seamless operation. Additionally, you will play a key role in optimizing website performance and increasing conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and customize engaging and high-performing Shopify stores that meet business objectives and enhance user experience.

• Design and modify Shopify themes, templates, and layouts to align with established standards and branding guidelines.

• Collaborate with UI/UX design teams to create innovative and user-friendly interfaces.

• Integrate and configure third-party Shopify apps and APIs to enhance store functionality and efficiency.

• Conduct regular testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure optimal performance and seamless operation of the website.

• Provide technical support and resolve any issues or bugs to maintain a smooth-running Shopify store.

• Optimize the website for conversions by implementing best practices in SEO, navigation, and user flow.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Shopify development and eCommerce platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive the success of Shopify projects.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and web development best practices.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience and expertise in building and managing Shopify stores, including shop creation, launch, and administration.

• Proficiency in CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and DOM.

• Strong knowledge of “Liquid” for Shopify themes and stores.

• Demonstrated experience working with Shopify’s storefront APIs and custom themes.

• Familiarity with third-party Shopify apps, including implementation and debugging.

• In-depth understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, vanilla JavaScript, ES2015/ES6, and others.

• Knowledge of AJAX API, Meta fields, and other Shopify objects/properties.

• Ability to test, debug, and optimize websites using browser consoles and similar tools.

• Experience in developing responsive layouts for mobile and web.

• Familiarity with various Shopify plugins and integration of third-party services and APIs.

• Working knowledge of other eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, and BigCommerce is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
