Web Impetus is committed to ensuring that our clients have a positive experience with our products and services. Under what conditions refunds may be issued are specified in this policy.


Eligibility for Refunds

Digital Products: Within two days of the date of purchase, we provide refunds for digital products (e.g., software, e-books, digital downloads). Refunds will not be issued for any services rendered.


Physical Products

We offer refunds for physical products (e.g., merchandise, hardware) if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.


Refund Requests

Please contact our customer support team at support@webimpetus.com with the following information regarding your order: order number, product specifications, and the reason for your refund request.


Refund Approval

Every refund application will be assessed individually. Refund approval is subject to our absolute discretion.

In the event that digital products are discovered to be defective, not conforming to their description, or experiencing technical difficulties that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, refunds will be issued.

In the case of physical products, refunds shall be granted in the following circumstances: product defect, product damage upon delivery, or inability to provide a suitable replacement.


Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds for digital products will be processed within 15 business days.

For physical products, you will need to return the defective or damaged product, and upon receiving it, we will process the refund within 15 business days.


Exemptions

Some products may not be eligible for refunds, and this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Any services rendered will not be eligible for a refund.
