A large B2B equipment catalog redesigned for clarity — AJAX-powered filtering, structured product pages, and a scalable content layout built without touching existing SEO performance.

Kaapi Machines had strong SEO visibility and deep content — but the front-end experience did not match the scale or credibility of their catalog. Browsing was slow, unstructured, and difficult to navigate across a large product range.

Content Structure Challenges
We redesigned the full front-end experience while carefully preserving the site's existing SEO structure and content depth. Every design decision was made to improve usability without disrupting what was already working.

Dual-Mode Product Catalog
Standard B2B WooCommerce stores are either fully purchasable or catalog-only. Kaapi sells to a mix of buyers — some ready to transact, others who need a quote and a conversation first. We built a per-product toggle that lets the admin set each product as purchasable, enquiry-only, or both — matching how their actual buyers behave.
Custom Events Module with Bookings & Payments
Beyond the product catalog, we built a custom events section that supports event listings, bookings, and payment collection — turning a static events page into a transactional channel.
The redesigned experience significantly improved usability across a large and complex catalog — without disturbing the SEO performance the client had built over time.
