CRO & Optimisation

Most sites convert 1–2%.
We find the other 98%.

You don't have a traffic problem. You have a conversion problem. We run structured experiments, fix the leaks in your funnel, and lock in the gains permanently.

What we find

Six places your revenue
escapes unnoticed

Every store leaks revenue in predictable places. Most owners don't see it because they're looking at the wrong numbers. This is what we diagnose on every engagement.

01
A hero that doesn't hook
Your first fold is doing generic work — stock photography, vague taglines, buried CTAs. Visitors make the stay-or-leave call in under 4 seconds.
Most visitors decide to stay or leave before scrolling past the fold
02
Product pages that describe, not sell
Feature lists without benefits. No social proof at the decision point. No answer to "why buy this, why here, why now."
Industry avg product page CVR: 1.2%
03
Cart abandonment above 70%
Surprise shipping costs, no trust signals at checkout, too many required fields. The last step of the funnel is where most revenue dies.
Global avg cart abandonment: 70.2%
04
Ads and landing pages saying different things
Message mismatch between ad creative and landing page kills qualified traffic. If the ad promised a deal and the page talks brand story, they leave.
Message mismatch is one of the most common causes of qualified traffic not converting
05
Mobile that breaks where it counts
60%+ of your traffic is on mobile. Misaligned CTAs, slow load times, and broken tap targets are silently destroying mobile CVR.
Mobile CVR runs 40% below desktop avg
06
The sale ends at checkout
No upsell, no cross-sell, no review prompt, no referral trigger. Acquisition gets all the attention while LTV sits on the table.
Repeat buyers spend 3× more on average
What's included

Everything in a
CRO engagement

We don't sell reports. We run the tests, implement the winners, and measure the revenue impact — end to end.

01
Heatmap & Session Analysis
We install and analyse heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings to see exactly where users stall, rage-click, or abandon. This builds the diagnostic foundation before a single test runs.
Weeks 1–2 Hotjar / Clarity
02
A/B & Multivariate Testing
From headline rewrites to full page restructures, we design, build, and run statistically valid experiments. We only call a winner when the data is conclusive — no gut-feel calls.
Ongoing Data-led
03
Landing Page Rebuilds
When tests reveal structural problems, we rebuild. New copy, new layout, new page — built to convert the specific traffic source sending visitors to it. Ads, email, organic — each gets its own.
Per engagement Shopify / Framer
04
Checkout & Cart Optimisation
The last step of the funnel loses the most money. We audit trust signals, shipping cost presentation, field count, express checkout options, and exit-intent recovery.
One-time audit + fixes
05
Copy & Messaging Tests
Headlines, product descriptions, CTA text, benefit bullets — copy is the highest-leverage variable in CRO. We test voice, angle, and specificity until conversion responds.
Every sprint Copy-led
06
Monthly Performance Reports
Every test, every result, every revenue implication — documented. A plain-language report showing what ran, what won, what's next, and what it's worth in actual rupees.

How it works

From first audit to
compounding growth

A 90-day sprint model built for speed — without skipping the diagnostic work that makes tests actually win.

1
Audit
Heatmaps, analytics deep-dive, session review. We find what's broken before touching anything.
2
Prioritise
Every fix ranked by revenue impact vs. effort. We work the highest-value opportunities first.
3
Test
Experiments designed, built, and launched. Running until statistically significant — not just directional.
4
Implement
Winners go live permanently. Losers become learnings that sharpen the next test hypothesis.
5
Report & Repeat
Monthly readout. Revenue impact calculated. Next sprint planned from what the data just told us.

Is this for you?

CRO works when you
have something to optimise

We're direct about this: CRO without traffic or data is guesswork. Here's how to know if you're ready.

You're a good fit if...
You're getting 1,000+ monthly sessions but converting under 3%
Your ads are working but ROAS keeps declining despite solid creative
Cart abandonment is above 65% and you've never directly addressed it
You want more from existing traffic before spending more on acquisition
Your store has been live for 6+ months with transaction history to analyse
CRO isn't right if...
You're pre-launch — there's no traffic or transaction data yet to work from
Your core problem is low traffic — CRO optimises conversion, not volume
You want a new design for aesthetic reasons with no conversion goal attached
You can't commit to 90 days — CRO gains compound, they don't arrive overnight

FAQ

Common questions

How much traffic do I need before CRO is worth it?
We recommend a minimum of 1,000 monthly sessions to run statistically valid A/B tests in a reasonable timeframe. Below that, tests take too long to reach significance. That said, our audit and heuristic analysis are valuable at any traffic level — many structural fixes don't require testing to implement.
How long before I see results?
Quick wins from the audit (checkout trust signals, CTA fixes, mobile layout) can be implemented in weeks 1–3 and show impact immediately. Full A/B test cycles typically take 3–6 weeks per test to reach significance. Most clients see measurable CVR improvement within the first 60 days.
Do you work on Shopify only?
No — we work across Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, and custom-built sites. The CRO methodology is platform-agnostic; what changes is how we implement test variants. Shopify is our most common platform, so our speed is highest there, but we're comfortable with any major stack.
What makes this different from a one-time UX redesign?
A redesign is a bet. CRO is a process. We run controlled experiments so we know exactly which changes drove which results — and by how much. A redesign might improve things, break things, or do nothing, and you won't know which for months. Our approach gives you a continuous improvement loop backed by data, not opinions.
Is there a minimum engagement period?
Our standard model is a 90-day sprint. This gives us enough time to complete the audit, run 3–5 meaningful tests, implement the winners, and show compounding lift. We don't do month-to-month retainers for CRO — the foundational work in the first 90 days requires commitment from both sides to do it right.
